Rog pratikar shakti (Immune System)badhao : Gharelu Upchar

Sharir ki rog pratirodhak kshamta bahut hi mahatvpurna hoti hai, jisase hum bahut si bimariyo ka samna kar sakate hai. Hum ghar ke kitchen se hi bohot si samagri se rog pratikar shakti badha sakate hai.
Aise hi gharelu cheejo se hum bacterial aur viral infection se bach sakate hai. 

1. Kishmish(Raisins):

Kishmish ko  1 cup paani me raat bhar bhigo kar rakhe. Subaha is kishmish ka sevan kare aur wahi paani pina hai.
-Kishmish bhigo kar khane ke Fayade:  
    Kishmish me vitamin C hota hai. Bhige hue kishmish me  iron, potassium , calcium, magnesium aur fiber bharpur matra me hota hai, jo humari rog pratirodhak shakti badhane me 
bohot hi upayukt hota hai. Iske alawa sharir me khoon badhata hai.


2. Sookhe khajoor:

Sookhe khajoor ko bhi raat ko bhigo ke rakhna hai aur subaha ise khana hai.
-Sookhe khajoor bhigo kar khane ke fayade:
    Isse hume energy milti hai. Iska sevan karne se fefdo (lungs) ki karyakshamta badhati hai. Chhati(chest)me jo cough hai wo bhi bahar nikal jata hai. Immunity badhane ke liye bohot hi fayademand hai.


3. Methi Daane(Fenugreek seeds):


Methi Daane raat me bhigo ke rakhna hai aur subaha 1 chammach uska sevan karna hai. Agar roz khana  sambhav nahi to 3 din me 1 bar bhi iska sevan kar sakate hai.
- Methi Daane ke fayade:
 Sharir shuddha aur nirogi rahane ke liye atyanta upayukta hai. Khoon ko shuddha karta hai. Bhigo ke khane se iska kadva pan kam hota hai aur upayukta hota hai.

4. Badam(Almond)



 Badam ko bhi raat me bhigo ke rakhna hai aur subaha ise khana hai
-Badam ko bhigo kar khane ke fayade:
  Badam neurological system ko strong karta hai. Isme fatty acid hota hai jo rog pratikar shakti badhata hai. Is taraha khane se sardi, khasi se ladhane me madad milti hai. Blood pressure bhi control me rehata hai.

5. Mungfalli(Groundnut)

Mungfalli bohot hi asanise sabhi ke ghar me mil jati hai. Ise bhi raat ko bhigo ke rakhna hai aur subaha khana hai. Badam jaise sabhi gundharma mungfalli me hote hai. 
-Mungfalli ko bhigo kar khane ke fayade:
 Yadi diabetes nahi hai to is mungfalli ke saath agar hum goodh(jaggery) ka sevan karte hai to rog pratikark shakti badhane ke liye mahavtpurna hai.


Upar diye gaye sabhi cheeje asani se ghar me upalabdha hoti hai. Agar in me se 1 bhi aap 
 roj subaha uth kar khate hai to rog pratikar shakti badhane ke liye bohot hi fayademand hai. Dosto is upay ko jaroor try kare.
